We will contact you to confirm your reservation approximately 3 business days prior to your appointment date.
Our reception staff will contact you to confirm your reservation request within approximately 3 business days.
If the appointment is available, it will be placed on provisional hold. We will then provide payment instructions to finalize your reservation.

A 10% fee applies for credit card or QR payments.
Your reservation is confirmed upon completion of the ¥10,000 reservation deposit payment.
On the day of your visit, you will pay the total amount minus the reservation deposit. If the total amount is less than ¥10,000, the difference will be refunded.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
* 8 days or more prior: Free
* 7 to 3 days prior: 30% of total fee
* 2 days prior: 40% of total fee
* 1 day prior: 80% of the total fee
* Same day: 100% of total fee
Additionally, a design fee may apply separately (excluding simple designs or lettering). Design fees range from ¥2,000 to ¥20,000 depending on the complexity.
If you wish to change your appointment date, the following change fees apply:
* 8 days or more prior: Free
* 7 to 3 days prior: ¥5,000
* 2 to 1 day prior: 30% of the total fee
* Same day: 100% of the total fee

We maintain strict hygiene standards at our salon. We are fully equipped with autoclaves and sterilization cabinets.
All items that come into direct or indirect contact with the skin—including needles, tips, gloves, ink, ink caps, and protective coverings—are single-use only.

We recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing that won't rub against the tattooed area.
While we take precautions to prevent ink transfer during the procedure, ink may occasionally splatter. Please wear clothing you don't mind getting stained or darker-colored garments.
You may also change into appropriate clothing just for the procedure.

Depending on the design and size of the tattoo, same-day appointments may be available.
If you'd like to know whether your desired design can be done on the same day, feel free to ask.
For designs that cannot be done on the same day, the process is: Design Order → Design Creation → Appointment → Tattooing.

Even if you have a minor illness like a cold, please consult us without forcing yourself if you're not feeling well on the day of your appointment.

While possible, physical condition and pain sensitivity vary from person to person. We recommend scheduling appointments outside your menstrual period. During menstruation, hormonal changes may cause increased sensitivity to pain, mood changes, or slightly heavier bleeding than usual.
To ensure you receive your tattoo comfortably and in the best possible condition, please feel free to discuss any concerns with your artist.
